Ingredients
- 1 espresso
- 150 ml milk
- 40 ml amaretto (almond) syrup
- Liquid chocolate sauce
- Amaretto (almond-flavoured macaroon)
Preparation
- Cover the bottom of a decorative glass with liquid chocolate sauce.
- Whip milk into a foam in a bowl.
- Mix the amaretto syrup with the foam and carefully pour into a glass.
- Prepare a fresh espresso and pour very carefully into the glass over the amaretto-and-milk foam.
- Bash up the amaretto macaroon in a freezer bag with a rolling pin.
- Garnish the drink with the amaretto crumbs.
